About GlideUp

GlideUp is a free, community-built ServiceNow certification practice site. Every question is anchored to verified documentation on docs.servicenow.com. Every wrong answer comes with a specific note explaining why it's wrong — so you learn the platform, not just the answer.

We cover the four core ServiceNow certs in sequence: CSA first, then CAD, CIS-ITSM, and CIS-DF. Each exam builds out to 240 questions distributed across the official blueprint domains.

No login. No PII. No ads. Your progress lives in your browser's localStorage and nowhere else.

Why goblin-encouraging?

Certification practice should feel warm and human. Stems stay accurate and unornamented — personality lives in the rationales, achievements, and microcopy. The 🧌 lives in the footer, the achievements, and these very few flavor moments. Never in the chrome. Never in a question stem.
